What we need from you is,
1) taking a folder of videos and pics from us - download them
2) cut them make gifs if necessary, upload them to redgifs or such.. pics, use as you wish via imgur or whatever the way is necessary to make logical, nice posts related with niches we have.
4-5 posts daily or if you can make more for getting more results sure better..
Itīs not a big job, nor needed full time but still we may work long time together if you know how Reddit works and have some experience.
If you have your own account(s) with good high karma and can use it better for sure as we donīt have any at hand to use for this job.
