I understand like I said this can also be setup in the backend of the script, look at this site

https://uncams.com/cum-male-cams and
https://uncams.com/cum-cams - one is male cams for the tag cum and the other is female cum cams
Once links are setup with the tools provided by the script then you have to hard-code those links manually into the sidebar
This is all possible
By no means is this script plug-n-play, if you want it working properly and SEO friendly then you have to do some work to it
