Though you should also know that the responsibility to handle chargebacks is yours, not your processor. You need to make sure that the customers get what they paid for, and that they can contact support for a refund in the event of problems or fraud. If you don't, any processor including Epoch will drop your account.
Remember, YOU are the merchant. It's YOUR responsibility.
