I've researched lots of these apps. They're almost all shit because their users are +80% from the 3rd world with the majority being India or Pakistan. There's also appears to be a fair amount of CSAM on them.
The only app that I've found to be somewhat decent is americasbestpics . It's not a porn app but you can upload softcore and sexy without problems. The only drawback is that you're going to get a lot of engagement that goes no where. So, you might want to make sure that it's worth your time and effort if you're not getting anything valuable in return.
