With who are you working now? Have yet to find a reliable dev.

I'm still looking for other options.
I had two projects. We're on month 4 and the big project was suggested a 30 day window, so we clearly surpassed that.
1 was a simple design and photo mod that took a long time.
The other was a similar design, homepage with different listing blocks, and a few frontend mods to add content, and there's a handful of things that weren't started yet - some of which we don't need or want at this point.
I don't know if they took on too much work or there's a lack of communication with the developers, or they just need to bang out these jobs as they come in - not stretch them over periods of time because it costs US more money when we're waiting this long and can't promote our product to our users and benefit from monetizing.
Waiting so long for a project to be complete means you're constantly showing users an unfinished or "in works" product and I got bills to pay, can't be waiting three extra months for something to wrap up.
In general, I do like them, they're nice folks, and they do good work when it's done in a decent amount of time - but I think they need to work on things on their end.
We're in the middle of figuring things out and I'll let ya know how it goes.
