I will say no.
First most films do not have much talking and in fact I would suggest you have as little talking as possible as I suspect most people are not interested.
I have seem a lot of porn that is not in English and I have never once felt I needed to know what they were saying. For instance chap walks up to lady in street and you have a conversation in whatever language. Then next thing they are at house doing rumpy pumpy.
You can probably guess the conversation was on the lines of pretending to meet a random lady in street (who we all know is not random but a model). Then the conversation is probably I have $1 and will give you it if you come back to my house and do photoshoot.
