I can't think of any as well (NOTE you forgot Jesse Jane). Affiliates usually offered some pretty good models but even that doesn't happen to much anymore. You look at
https://www.vivid.com/ and it's basically old news or girls never searched for

Either they have an OF account or running their own private site/cams but no one comes to mind. I think it's evident when you look at the award shows happening since most of them are webcam awards.
