There is a theory in customer service that it's cheaper and easier to throw money at problem, in this case giving money to the affiliate, rather than trying to track down what went wrong, and hiring one developers to plug the leak for the future.
Either way, I have money.

Same here... 6 weeks ago or so they also returned some spenders with the money, but the last 6 weeks i have not seen them back how they suppose to spend (maybe the models trick: make another account and spend most on my affid and a bit on your old account).
I also wait to the end of next period juli 31 to see if there is changing anything, and then there is again going a mail to support.
