For those saying they are getting money returned - but suspect that the spenders accounts are not added back in - I thought someone here mentioned that they return the spender under a new member ID. Has that been the case for you?
I last reported here that I contacted Chatb with some high spending member IDs that were MIA - and they said they returned one user, and I was credit $4.20
So I tried again (resent a few of those) with a bunch more and this time and the result was considerably better:
