Want to thanks you guys for keeping this thread alive, from it I reached out to CB enquiring about dormant whales, I got an unexpected one time payment.
I was able to enquire about my top earners, but what about my smaller earners or mid sized earners that could of turned into whales?
We've not been with CB long but we're high earners, we get roughly 5 figure monthly payouts but have made the decision to fade them out.
The fact that we had to reach out to correct this issue in the first place has caused us to lose faith in CB. I feel like this can easily and automatically be remedied of which you'd expect by a company who has their affiliates best interests at the forefront would do.
