I would go back to my roots and do affiliate marketing with a topic that I know a lot about.

A website and $100 would not be needed, though recommended. You could pull it off just fine with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.

A better question is: what skills/Knowledge do I have that can be turned into a return with minimal investment?
