Paxum seems... fragile. It mostly works, but sometimes there's these weird little glitches, and sometimes it just doesn't work at all.
My account was blocked because an AI system got confused by holograms on my licence. Support claimed a manual review confirmed it was not a suitable ID. It wasn't until Ruth stepped in that there was another review done, and they accepted it.
We should not have to rely on a couple of "super staff" to override what support does.
