you can, many sites including MC keep your information confidential, so yes, they know but they keep your real name from public information.
including when purchasing websites & billing, again, you can put your porn name down for customer or business knowledge

sadly, yes, they pay vat & then you have to pay vat on the income you receive as it´s your content, ask an accountant, weve been paying vat & tax since 2020...
anywhere you are, the supply and demand of created content sold.
some sites will ask you for W8 ben, this usually US sites, they need to know where you´re paying your vat and taxes...

So if you pay VAT on all your income, i'd possibly get another consultant cause he possibly was too lazy to figure out all the details or has no idea.
Technically we also do not earn income from film productions, we are just selling licenses which is a very different thing in terms of taxes and taxability. But even that depends on the exact terms of each platform but i'd bet they all work with the commission on the license sell approach and you never have a direct contract with the people watching your stuff. Such a direct contract would be crucial to consider it as a film production.
Only exception could be customs that could be considered film production, but also that depends on the terms.
So yeah, paying taxes good and fine. But be sure to pay too much, goverments can't handle money!

Decided to with MC since it's overall the best package since the cut the payment processors take is quite huge and so the difference is not worth all the hustle.
Thanks for the help & chill guys!

if you create the content, you film produce & whether you´re selling the content to business or customer, the world wide web sadly brings income into your territory and no matter where you sell, it´s where you earn & vat needs to be paid & the tax.
if in spain, we´re also paying autonomo, this is self employment, most months, about 300 each, but can do as a married couple or partnership, can be less money...
check it out with your accountant before you may, get behind on these things and then have lots owing
