Hi,

Thank you for your support. They promised me they will sort out things for us, by Tuesday noon. But when the time came, they were avoiding to close up the deal again. We spent like 20 hours of work total, which posting itself was some 12 hours, the rest was consulting and helping them with sorting out the work flow - which they got for free. Now, they are calling us "rude", buuut apologizing for their lack of professionalism and lack of communication.

Anyway, we got burned before, this was literally "peanuts", but for someone who calls themselves a "good people" and "serious, legit agency", they proved totally opposite.

We applied through this post - https://gfy.com/gfy-jobs-and-service...k-manager.html and when I explained them that they are not looking for Social Media Manager, but for Social Media Virtual Assistant instead, they have posted these two posts:

https://gfy.com/gfy-jobs-and-service...assistant.html

Luckily, we stopped providing services until they sort us out current situation, where we really provided some actual and active posting work, but because the lack of their organization and "know how", they took almost all advices from us, on how should they run things, which type of software and tools can ease the work, etc. Now, they are refusing to pay this pocket money amount, saying work provided was not enough and they simply can not pay for consulting, lol. I mean it's fine, good thing we didn't spend more time on this, just hopefully other GFY members won't get burned too.

I just explained that what they did is actually not business polite and they don't have decency and respect towards everything we brought to the table. As you said, they sucked up all the information and advices, but I guess they are not the first and last "leech" type of business and organization (agency). Also, there's not much we can do, because everything was more an "oral agreement", when I asked about contract, they said "it's not necessary". So, all in all, lesson learned.

Again, thank you for your support, you're very kind and we appreciate it!

Have a great day and week ahead.

Kind regards,
Aaron, Galaxy Media
