I should say they had some good strategies like hijacking, reverse engineering posts, getting, natural ways of growing accounts. They ask you to use VPN only.
VPN instead of proxy, no anti detection browsers etc. are very childish means of handling social media accounts. I explained him but he wasnt listening.
It was a lot of work, I set up a small team, bought two PCs even for one guy. I requested 80 USD per day cos it was a big job.
after a day or two he said directors said that the model who was asigned to me was not making good money and that the directors asked to give me another model who makes good money. And after the guy went missing.

Thanks for reaching out, I appreciate. Hmm, didn't believe that list is going to be even bigger.
Yeah, I feel ya, they used us in the same way. Those methods, such as "hijacking" posts, "mother" and "slave" account, etc - those are also not their ideas, they were clueless about workflow itself. Their usage of hashtags was insanely dumb, as well as the posting strategy to OF and Social Media Platforms. We basically explained them how things should be running, how to organize content (they were using Dropbox and wasn't marking content that went up that day, which is so crazy and you can get lost, never knowing what have you post so far, etc..). Their organization has enormous leaks, workflow was bad, so all I can see they took some of the best ideas from each and every one of us. They didn't know what are they doing and why.
Same here, when I asked how come as an OF agency they don't have any tools and software which can ease and speed up the work, they said to me that "directors" are not going to invest in these 3 models, until they see some results. So they were thinking of us manually adding 180 to 200 posts per day, to all platforms and to squeeze that in 4 hours per day, for $10/ per hour. We tried one day, but since it was manual adding, we literally spent 4 hours on two platforms and got back to them with a simple math - which was that is impossible to add manually 200 posts in 4 hours. For what they had in mind, it was needed like 16 - 18 hours every day, because they demanded interaction and engagement with audience. In order to be fair and honest, I did a simple math, showing them if they are going to pay us like $160 - $180 every day, they should hire Social Media VAs, like 2 or 3 of them, spread work per each VA/model, which would be much cheaper for them. After 2 days, I saw 2 posts where they are asking for urgent VAs, lol.
After that, they asked me if I can help them setting up some cheap tool for scheduling posts, which I did. Of course, they picked one with 14 day Free Trial and they started setting that up. I helped them with linking the accounts and was in touch with support to get them sort that out. Then, they disappeared again for a few more days. One day, one of them showed up, telling me that the other one has family issues and emergency and to wait for few more days. He asked if I can continue posting - which I did for several more hours that day, when I realized they probably won't pay all the hours, posting and consulting. I forgave them like 8 or 9 hours, setting up the apps I suggested them to use, as well as organizing workflow and setting up proper content organization and management. Also, they asked me if I can use some of my tools, since their budget is tight at the moment, lol. They asked me to install Privado VPN app and use the free version, if I don't want to share more of my tools and software. I was thinking also about Proxies and explained them that this way, we risk shadowban. Really fucking insane.
We stopped providing the work on any of the tasks, we requested to be paid for previous days and hours of work, we pushed them a bit, since we noticed something will go to shit. They said we should wait a day or two, so again, they were unresponsive. I have sent one more harsh message, told them I'm gonna go public with everything and they have 5 more days (giving them the benefit of the doubt), to pay what we had so far, so we can continue with work, or to see where we are at and maybe terminate the agreement we had. My bad was, I decided to work based on "oral agreement", because when I asked for contact, they said "it's not necessary", lol. Now I see why. Anyway, when the payment day came, one of them answered back (because of previously sent a message about due date), saying he has "somewhat good news", lol. Basically, he said that "directors" can only pay for the actual working hours provided and not for anything else. I said ok, we calculated how many hours there were, but again issue - "directors" said that provided work should've be less hours and they can't accept our calculation. I said ok, let me at least pay my guy something, so I dropped hours for few more, which was something like $120 total. Again, when we were supposed to get paid, that very moment one of them started calling me "rude" and that they have to "protect their business", lol. I explained I'm trying to do the same and that I'll have to take some actions to prove they are scammers. To that, he replied that they are "good people and legit UK OF management agency". I just laughed and say, since they are refusing to pay the bare minimum for provided work, I'll post everything about them. Then, since we were talking to them over two Telegram accounts and WhatsApp as well (but there were more just some voice messages), they deleted entire conversation logs on both Telegram accounts, using the option for deleting the conversation for both parties - so basically they tried deleting all the evidence.
After that, I went here and posted everything, then I saw we were not the only one scammed and used, so I reported them to GFY Admins and they got banned, which is a sort of win. Luckily, neither of us provided some more work and waste much more time on these leeches and thieves. We spent some 20 hours total, which I can go over it and cover expenses. Not a big deal. But to embarrass themselves, for this pocket money and "peanuts", while stating "we're good people, honest and legit UK OF Management Agency", that's so lame, really lame.
Also, those 3 models (which aren't so good - looks and content creating wise), their accounts was started from scratch, they had no any decent traction and demanded a lot of work to be at some decent pace of getting followers and subscribers.
Anyway, not a huge issue, not a biggie, at least to us, we will survive, but all in all, lesson learned, I just needed to share everything, because I didn't want them screwing up someone again. So after my post, several users approached and share their experience, which was really good and I'm thankful for it.
I just hope, they won't sign up under some other name, representing other "Legit UK OF Management Agency". But now, I think it will be easy to recognize them after all the information provided about them and experiences shared between users.
