We are currently seeking 5-10 chatters who are proficient in English to bring on full time as our agency is expanding rapidly.

DETAILS:

The Chatter role is a contract position that involves engaging with fans on behalf of designated models within our Passes.com accounts. Chatters play a vital role in building positive relationships with fans, enhancing their experience, and strategically upselling content to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

● Chat Management:
○ Engage with fans in a friendly and professional manner, fostering positive interactions.
○ Manage and respond to fan messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and efficiently (within 10 minute response time window). Repeated failure to adhere to the 10 minute response time window can result in termination.
○ Upsell premium content, subscriptions, or other offerings as appropriate.

● Relationship Building:
○ Cultivate a strong rapport with fans, creating a sense of community within the designated model's fan base.
○ Foster a positive and inclusive online environment to enhance fan loyalty.
● Upselling Content:
○ Identify opportunities to promote and upsell premium content, exclusive subscriptions, and other revenue-generating offerings.
○ Utilize persuasive communication techniques to encourage fan participation in paid activities.
● Adaptability:
○ Be adaptable and open to adjusting communication style based on the preferences and interactions of the fanbase and model.
○ Embrace the understanding that model assignments may be constantly evolving, requiring flexibility in adapting to changing responsibilities.
○ Willingly take on any other duties or responsibilities that may arise in the course of engaging with fans and contributing to the success of Passes accounts.

Compensation:
● Competitive pay at $5-7/hr
● Weekly payouts via PayPal or Wise
● Monthly bonuses for achieving revenue goals

Requirements:
● Proficiency in English
● Willingness to work a minimum of 8 hours a day, five days a week
● Hardworking, driven, and quick learner
● Access to a laptop or computer with a fast and stable WiFi connection

Ideal Candidate:
● Minimum 1 year of experience as a chatter
● Available 6 days a week
● Capability to handle 3-5 models simultaneously
● Past experience working on substantial accounts with monthly earnings exceeding $200,000
● Proficient in personal selling
● No prior experience is necessary, but it does help
