Choose a story style you love and your editors love to work with. If its Gonzo-action, then all your stories need to be written and shot that way. Amateur looks cheap and appears to require no scripting, but making a Great amateur site requires deliberate planning and consistent design.
You seem focused on production, and that’s awesome! Get someone who is even more focused on your marketing and sales- your models are your best promoters, so have your marketing partner coordinate with their channels on every video. New stars are hungry, so use that energy!
The first goal is 10 members, 1 month. 100 members, 3 months. 1000 members, 6 months. At $10 per month or per video, thats a good paycheck to start. If you aren’t hitting these numbers, then your site or content or revenue model needs to change for the better.

Hope this helps,
Entrepreneurship is awesome
