We're just at the natural progression to a matriarchy, as Universities and bureaucracies tend to be female dominated... Men are just naturally disposable and we make fun and laugh at any guy who speaks on "men's issues", haha, even writing that just seems funny because anytime a man talks about issues for men, we point and laugh at that dude.

You are right that society is generally paying really inadequate attention to men's feelings.
But women get social penalties no matter what life choices we make. This is relevant to why entrepreneurship can be a good fit for women who don't have homemaker as the goal.
We may be heading to a crueler society, but definitely not a matriarchy.
