Mediterranean diet for past couple years, except for when I fuck up and get Thai food once a week. Or sometimes sushi.
It's not really a "diet" but more like a really smart way to eat. Red meat used to be my main protein source but not anymore. It's more of a moderation thing now, still have it often enough to not miss it, but sparingly. Also been low sodium for about 4 years. And I try to absolutely avoid highfructose corn syrup, that shit is evil and should be banned in the US.
