I do mostly 17/7 daily...started at 16/8 over 10 years ago and shortened the eating window over time. Some days it is 18/6.
Also, I tried a 3 day fast last year(only drank mineral water) and felt fantastic afterwards, so I am gonna do that once or twice per year. It feels like when you restart a windows computer that has been running for months without a break.
Fasting and eating less carbs and processed foods overall is the best thing one can do for their health and longetivity.
