Yes I did ages ago. As far as I can tell from the emails the payour provider sent the EFT to the wrong person. I also got a weird email at the beginning of the month saying my payout was being done by a method other than the one I had been using all this time. Very weird. My payout info in the CB control panel is still correct.
So until the payout provider investigates I seem to be SOL.
