I Googled 'deepfake porn' and it's the usual top ten, with MrDeepFakes at the top still.
But then I Googled 'Scarlett Johansson deepfake porn' and all it contains is news results.
So it appears that Google are only downranking specific content terms, at least for now.
Google have resisted for years or decades the downranking of adult terms. Do you think this could set a precedent?
