I would highly recommend taking a minute or two, looking into a mirror and asking yourself if it was just you self-projecting how you truly feel about yourself and if the insults you choose to throw at people you don't know are actually you just being extremely unhappy with your own current life and thereby needing to use this outlet to make yourself feel better.
