My buddy had a 4 digit ICQ and he got hacked by scammers who wanted like $500 from him back in the 00's, I think he paid and it they still just kept his 4 digit ICQ.
Pretty sure we all signed up for ICQ in the 90's... someone installed a virus through ICQ that made my CD tray open and close constantly and played the Terminator saying "fuck you, asshole" on repeat as loud as possible at 4 AM...

lol, I know what CD thing you're talking about, I put it on my teacher's computer remotely with Radmin in like 2004. It opened, then when you try to close it, it reopens. There was a site with fun things like that back then. Like one that made all of the desktop icons fall to the bottom.
btw my first PC was 80MHz but overclocked to 100
