How do you find out what members were stolen?
I am trying to check my stats but cant figure out how to organize the members...
What do you use Microsoft Excel, and how exactly do you list the CSV values to identify the members that stopped spending?
I am missing something here and scratching my head. Have no idea how you all do this. But reading a lot of people its like you all know how to do it.
