So earlier on today, I realised my top front case fan had stopped working. No big deal - Shit happens, so I look on amazon for a replacement - About 20 bucks - No biggy - Arrives tomorrow.
So I take the glass side off my PC for a closer look, and there's all spiderwebs around the top fan! The rest of the insides are pristine. Even the lower fan has no cobwebs on it, other than some trailing down from the top fan - Most strange!
So I get a handheld hoover on high, and start sucking out the webs... Then the fan starts back up! Bonus!
Now I have a spray can that I use on my CCTV cameras outside, (
Spider X) to detract spiders, but I cant really use it on the fans, inside the PC for [obvious-reasons] plus its sticky!
So question is, anything I can place inside the computer case that will passively detract spiders? If it were the season, I'd place a couple of 'Conkers' (Horse Chestnuts) inside the case... They are supposed to repel spiders, but its the wrong time of year...
Any suggestions?
