Yeah, I know about the 30 day rule, thats not an issue, thats exactly how much time I plan to spend there.
But the beach is a bummer...I was looking forward to that. I hope "dirty" is subjective in this case, can you elaborate more on that?
I know there is a small island near by, with a very nice beach and clean water...but its not like I will go there daily, so thats not an alternative.
