what you will find tough trying to fill in his role, is that he understood this business to the core.
He'd advise, and take newbies under his wing, with NOTHING expected in return.
he provided advice, and "traffic" by letting you list things other webmasters wouldnt, just so you could see how it failed.. He listed galleries for me, that he knew were shit, so I could see it with my own eyes.
You are in big shoes my man, but I wish you the best.
so the proble you will have, stepping into his shoes is that the Shemp just knew.. he knew how to make traffic work, in a way that ... even the most seasoned industry giant may not have.
