You also have to take into account the productive comments that are aimed at unproductive people.

There's lots of that going around. People ask for help. Help is given. Then the person doing the help gets shit on by the person asking questions because, as it turns out, they weren't looking for answers; they were looking for validation of their preconceived ideas.

TLDR; some people are a waste of time and can't be helped
