This is a personal opinion, but Hostinger is not the best provider out there at least as far as price is concerned.
If your just starting out, and this is truly my opinion if you just have a few sites go get you a crate from
https://namecrane.com I currently have 7 crates with them and have been very happy, plus there in Vegas so you know..... Secondly for a vps, I have 9 with ServerPoint -
