The smart ones who got rich off adult transitioned to mainstream or investing id imagine. I’m sure there are still people making big money in adult but maybe like 1% of what it it was like back in the day where any idiot could submit galleries and make 5 figures a month.
Another reason the board probably died is because of all the retards who turned everything political. So people moved on to private groups / Reddit etc
To answer your question about why people aren’t flexing on here it’s because 1. Most people here are just getting by and don’t have money like that. 2. There is nothing to gain by flexing your money here now. It used to portray success and people would want to do business with you. Adult is dead now so that’s pointless.
Then there are people like me, who didn’t make money in adult but ended up getting rich regardless.. I’d flex on these losers because I’m petty, but the guys I don’t like don’t even post here anymore… probably because they are bust trying to make ends meet

On top of this, there's really no reason to do anything in adult anymore unless you have deep connections or pockets to throw cash to grow.
The effort it takes is better suited for mainstream. The days are long gone where you could slap a silly page up in an afternoon and submit it to a few sites and see sales rolling in by the next day.
I often get the urge to build another thing in adult but then I realize this and shake off the feeling and get back to building more companies in mainstream.
