Think so.. some guy unfortunately took his life apparently he had a staggering amount in there.
I dropped my guard because epass came through for me when my virtual visa was defrauded for like 8k and this was before they introduced the 'wallet' feature. Looking back that whole thing did seem suspicious..
But epass was really a godsend for international people who had to wait for weeks for checks to clear, because you could re-invest that money you got paid in traffic and whatever else right away.
