Affiliates were huge in the early 2000s. Anyone who didn't notice them, especially anyone with original content who didn't notice them until 2013, left money on the table.
I love that GFY silos the political nonsense elsewhere.
XBIZ, on the other hand, sprays politics everywhere, but silos different business roles to be unable to really interact with one another.
I certainly miss early 2000s GFY, but still think it is worth stopping by.
