Billing question for people monetizing AI or running their own AI sites.
It looks like it's pretty much standard practice to make users register, upload their image or write a prompt, and then pretend to generate an image—but instead give them a billing screen and ask for payment. Does it really work without any preview or trial? Most of those smaller, but nicely designed sites produce utter shit that's not worth a penny, yet they demand payment right away. What are the chargeback and conversion rates on those sites like?
