this is why I stopped using PayPal almost 2 years ago. Their algorithm sucks and decisions are made without logic and the humans there always side with the machine. It's pretty bad when they say a lot of people go through this - obviously this is your first sign to get another payment system in place before either they block you or force you to wait 6 months for a payment for no reason.
