Yep, same here, Maxcash - Major Melons I think was the site, I still have the check in a frame somewhere.
ARS then TopBucks quite quickly afterwards, those were the days, throw a shitty site up (by todays standards) throw traffic (through DMOZ listings) at it and make bank
Dabbled in the AVS systems back in the day but could never get them to work for me
Dialers (MoneyTree) did quite well as did Samis sites, (XClicks) maybe?
