What unrealistic valuations? If you read my previous posts, you will see that i am ASKING others for evaluation. To be honest, domain and traffic are doing exceptionally well and monetizing much better then I have represented here. I intentionally skipped a few benefits, because I want to get low balls and eventually build the price up from there, similarly to auctions. Anyway, have to repeat once again, I'm not eager to sell, just wanted to get some offers.
Glad to hear you sold & bought here, but hope you don't mind me asking at what prices? It looks like majority of transactions are in the range of double digits.
