Many people are dead or will die soon. Get an extra 25 years before you are a walking corpse by eating like this most days. Eat your last meal around 4 pm and don’t consume anything untill 6 am the next morning.
3/4 pound grass raised red meat
Avocado
Peas
Sauerkraut
Full bulb of garlic
Sea salt
Pint of berries
Fresh juiced pineapple with fresh ginger
Wake up and have hard boiled eggs with sea salt. Make sure the chickens are pastured because anything else is bullshit.
Eat only organic sourdough bread. I smother it in olive oil.
I like potatoes cooked in avocado oil.
Drink only springwater and one cup of coffee of coffee in the morning
Skip lunch, maybe have a snack of an organic apple or dates. I also eat a lot of mangoes and papaya’s.
I had to get up and run around today. I couldn’t get back to sleep because I woke up with such a hard on. I couldn’t get it to go away..
