When you start to do your research, the snowbird lifestyle... if you can afford it... is the best. Imagine being able to split your time between a few different properties and enjoy the best weather, seasonal, and cultural events as you travel between homes. Incredible! Why did nobody teach me about becoming a snowbird when I was 22 and making 20k a month?
