For those who are worried, I just audited the code and it literally does exactly what it says, stores some data in local storage, users/threads/forums you selected to block, and then just modifies the page based on that data and handles the actions. Not even the updater does anything but check to see if a new version exists then tells you to download the new one and re-add it.
Only thing that stuck out is that the permissions say all urls but the description does technically say "all vbulletin" sites, but it seems the selectors are scoped to just gfy's theme. Not bad, just means the plugin could break if used on another vbulletin board, so it might be better to scope that down to just gfy.com.
Other than that, a massive improvement from my original script.
