This is fraud by the DMCA services and by those who pay them to do it.

3) OK it happens 4) That is the problem, the content is everywhere and EVERYBODY lost track of the paperwork. MY guess you complaint is legit , but how do you prove it? That, I believe is the crux of the issue.
