Ash Miller is the Interim Executive Director of The Cupcake Girls. This nonprofit organization provides nonjudgmental support, advocacy, and resources to those in the sex industry and survivors of sex trafficking.
With a mission centered on respect, relationships, and holistic care, Ash is a passionate leader who works tirelessly to empower individuals, dismantle stigma, and advocate for equity and justice. A former primary educator (pre-k-8th grade) for over a decade, that world was swapped for the sex industry in 2013. Since then, she has navigated life as a solopreneur, dancer, content creator, and general creatrix.
She is dedicated to building bridges among communities and ensuring inclusivity in decision-making spaces. A disabled queer femme raised in a family with generations of activism, she brings lived experience, advocacy, and resilience to addressing the challenges of moving through a world that often renders her invisible.
The Cupcake Girls is a nonprofit in the United States offering trauma-informed advocacy, outreach, and holistic care for sex workers and survivors of trafficking.
Their vision is to eliminate sex trafficking while empowering consensual sex workers to find safety, dignity, and independence. Guided by a philosophy of care without agenda, they meet people where they are and concentrate on each individual’s needs.
Through the combined efforts of mentors, leaders, volunteers, advocates, and partners, The Cupcake Girls provide comprehensive resources to help participants achieve balance and flourishing across all areas of life.
