Not sure on the current status on tobacco companies legally advertising in ANY format, but you could try emailing them for sponsorship. Offer to have print out coupons and the like for them etc. We get 20% for the idea if you go good!

They have to be looking for serious ways to advertise now tho. GPC is a creative new comer in tobacco. Maybe a coupon of the week idea with pages for each company willing to sponsor ya. Charge em BW as well as 100 a week or something.
