Blind links are the easy answer, but not the only one. There are lots of good sites out there that keep the blind-links reasonable.
You just have to decide if you want to grow fast, or really build a following. I don't have any blind links at all and 65-75% of my traffic is from bookmarks. It's taken me a long time, and it will be a long time before I'm really big - but I make pretty good money and I'm running a site I'm proud of.
Also remember that blind links mostly just bloat your numbers. Your stats will be higher but the amount of traffic you send to your list and sponsers won't go up as much.
I mean what do you do when you're at a TGP and click "20 pics TEEN" and another TGP pops up instead? You close it. The TGP got a hit, but nothing on the page got clicked.
All I'm saying if you want to do it without blinds, it can be done - but if your goal is to get big numbers so you can charge more for ad space, blind link away.
