21 shots is doable... if you're in a club..
straight shots might be another story..
for my 18 birthday, I got 54 shots (club shots)
b52 , sex on the beach shooters, and the two other things I don't remmember what they were, except that they had no more shot glass, and I told her to put it into a beer glass (10 shots in beer glass)
