!!!!DONT PUT FLASH ON A HIGH TRAFFIC SITE!!!!!!!
Not enough people have it and will therefore be redirected to Macromedia to download a program which, a newbie might think is a dialer and say fuck that and NEVER come to your site again.
A lot of people still have DIALUP, and flash will take long to download.
Last of all, advanced flash is SLLLLOOWWW on cheap computers (I just upgraded so I know).
The only plus side is the fact that it looks nice.
