Just dropping in to leave a useless comment
XA, I did these about 6 months ago with little success. The click-thru ratio was amazing but the signup ratio was crap (though I was using CEN at the time so that may have been the prob)
The hardest thing was getting listed by TGPs.. it looks way too much like an FPA. I know thats the point but you have to work with it more. First, the load time is going to kill you right away.. no question about that. Try using xat.com JPEG optomizer or use transparent GIF files instead. If that doesn't help, try cutting the image count down.. theres no need for that many little images all cut up. Next, you need more content with this "style".. 12 pics won't cut it, guarenteed. I notice you havn't linked anything yet, when you do be sure not to link pictures or borders, only buttons (this will help listings quite a bit).
More, ditch the background. Its ugly, takes more load time, and has no reason to be there.
even more, try to make it fit in 640x480 browser windows, looks to be nearly 800 pixels in width right now.
Another thing about the image sizes, you have a real high contrast on some of them, that increses the file size and I can prove it
