how you can break rules of pay per signup program? I have waited more than 4-5 months for having my checks.
and I'm used the sponsors who does not pay to my country. My customers knows me, I'm not a cheater nor bad guy. But rules is rules, while I don't live in canada, I can't request my money from them. Also Rod has overtaken the money too I think (=~ 6000$ total)
