This is a no brainer....I'd rather have a broken heart (which I've had a time or two) that have an arm or leg or whatever amputated. I don't have a penis, so I can't comment on that, but jeeze...a broken heart can heal but a person grieves the loss of a limb for the rest of their life. It's a life altering experience.
