I would avoid the high end ATI cards and go for the geForce 6800 ultra, if you are determined to upgrade now that is. Personally, i'm going to wait for the 512mb cards coming this fall
(ps: I have the same card now, XFX GF4 Ti 4200, it's rock solid still)
